Fat Shocker 1400 Daily Log

These posts are my log from David King Fitness Fat Shocker 1400 weight loss program. I've struggled with nutrition for years. THIS is my real time results over 14 days.

In short, David King is the real deal, and the best in the world at getting people to take action and follow through with the plan.

Over the 14 days I lost 8.6 pounds. And that's with missing a few workouts and even slipping up on my diet more than once. This is my story & results day by day.

...but it doesn't end here. My 14 day CHALLENGE might be over, but a new lifestyle is already 2 weeks in. Thanks David!

14 Day Challenge Weight Chart

Final Tally

Weight: 196.4 to 187.8 = 8.6 pounds!

Today officially ends my 14 day program with David. So I took a couple liberties and visited my favorite sandwich shop and burger stand. I enjoyed myself even more than usual since I felt so much healthier AND I knew I had a plan to keep going.

That’s right. I feel so much better on this program that I’m going to try and stick to it more often than not. I have more energy, more time, and I’m pretty sure it’s actually saving me money too. What’s not to like?

187.8 today, on my way to sub 185 before New years…

Wow, 90 seconds faster than 1 month ago (and a PR for sure)! I’m down 7.6 pounds on David King Fitness’s challenge, plus conditioning is way better with daily workouts. Feels good!

Notes

Second day of Freedom Fast Lane which means I didn’t get a workout in, and the diet also suffered. This could have been MUCH worse though if I hadn’t been on David’s program. I avoided a lot of pitfalls, not all, but lots!

Tomorrow I plan to put in a 2-a-day workout to get 100% back on track.
