How do you do that?

One of the fastest and most effective ways is to "normalize" what you want.

If you want to climb Everest you could… 1. Glorify the difficulty of the task, and try to overcome it with sheer knowledge. But in the back of your mind you will be so focused on overcoming an incredible OBSTACLE that you'll make it bigger.

  1. Find people who have already climbed Everest and hang out with them. Listen to their stories. Watch how they prepare and assemble their team.
    After a while climbing Everest won't be an insurmountable obstacle only a few people have EVER ascended… It will be something your friends have all done. So why couldn't you?” target=”_blank”>
