This morning I was feeling pretty rough. Fatigued, hungry, stomach discomfort, and really fuzzy mentally. Wife said I looked pale, and so I ate a banana. Put me over on sugar for the day for sure, and not at all in the food plan.
I texted DK about this and he said to go back and look at how much Potassium I’ve been getting the last week. I was at about 1,500mg a day, and should be at 3,500mg per day. No wonder I did not feel good! Low cal diet, exercise, and not enough potassium! Hoping this gets me back on the fast track.
