I was wiped by the time I got to the 30. Just going for completion and it was still tough at 95. Legs so sore from all the running lately.
Notes
This is the worst I’ve felt so far. Yesterday I felt good, today I feel fuzzy and somewhat nauseous. Amazingly I felt the best after my PM workout right before dinner.
Also tough mentally to train because it’s cold, dark, and raining today.
