Notes
This is the best I’ve felt so far. Yesterday was rough. Today I took Spark in the morning which really helped with energy & hunger. I took another shot in the afternoon which also helped a lot.
Exercise in the morning is going well, but my calves, achilles, and feet are toast from all the running. I need to start working in some other types of cardio soon. PM workouts are tough between work & family. I don’t want to be training at 9pm fasted, and then do another fasted workout at 6am :).
