Second day of Freedom Fast Lane which means I didn’t get a workout in, and the diet also suffered. This could have been MUCH worse though if I hadn’t been on David’s program. I avoided a lot of pitfalls, not all, but lots!
Tomorrow I plan to put in a 2-a-day workout to get 100% back on track.
