Getting back into a rhythm after all the holiday travel (and pie)…

- 10 burpees
- 25 double unders
Result: 6 rounds + 6 burpees
Shoulders were toast on this one (anterior delts). The push-ups were a bit sloppy on the burpees. Double unders went pretty well considering I’m just getting back into conditioning. Overall I was pleased with this one.
Weather: 42 degrees, cloudy, sad :).
