I’ve been doing Insanity for the last 8 weeks. Then last week I spent in SA helping with some family stuff and didn’t get to train (or eat well) at all. I’m planning to start adding CrossFit back into my routine more starting this week.
This is a WOD I like to use when I’m just getting back into things:
- 400m run
- 5 pull ups
- 400m run
- 10 pull ups
- 400m run
- 15 pull ups
- 400m run
- 10 pull ups
- 400m run
- 5 pull ups
Time: (somewhere around) 20 min
I was dying big time on the pull ups. Definitely no pull ups in Insanity. Also felt like I hadn’t worked out in a week and had been eating fast food.
Back at it though – feels good!
