- Every time you put the bar down to 10 toes-to-bar
Result: 20-20-20 (did the 10 t2b after the last set too)
Time: no idea. I forgot to log this workout for a few days and lost my time.
Notes: This was supposed to be 100 reps. I did it at 6am and had nothing in my stomach. By 60 reps I was borderline pukie. I called it. I was probably around the 8-10 minute mark so it was still a good conditioning WOD for where I am right now.
