Okay, so none of these exercises made much sense to me looking at the pics, and I’ve never done or seen any of these variations. Sooooo this was interesting :).

Fit Test results from Insanity training program:
- Switch Kicks [2 kicks = 1 rep]
- Power Jacks [full depth squat]
- Power Knees
- Power Jumps
- Globe Jumps
- Suicide Jumps
- Push-Up Jacks
- Low Plank Oblique
Notes: This was brutal for me. Clearly I’m in the right place if I want to improve my conditioning! I tried to do solid reps of everything and take a rest when needed instead of compromising technique.
Can’t wait to see what I can do in 2 weeks!
