Have to workout at night this week, not my favorite (and it was pouring rain tonight).
Work up to 1 rep max: Power Clean + Squat Clean (2 rep complex)
- Felt good on this. Probably had a lot more confidence after my heavy front squat on Friday.
4 Rounds for time:
- 5 burpee box jumps [20″]
- 15 overhead squat 
- 200 meter run (in the pouring night rain, hah)
Stoked to do all the squats unbroken. This was a good WOD for me. Legs were toast by the end and the run degenerated into more of a shuffle, but stoked to get this all under my belt.
