- 1 mile run [7:55] (on the home course)
- 100 air squats
- 100 sit ups
- 50 KB swings [16KG]
- 50 box jump overs [20″]
This was a fun chipper. I intentionally ran the mile pretty quick even though I knew it would kill the rest of my WOD. Glad I did it anyway. I just wanted to break 8:00.
The squats were pretty gnarly after that. The rest felt okay until the box jump overs which I did in sets of 10 (starting to feel pretty dizzy by then).
