This is a WOD I did at CrossFit Central as part of their May block party (fun social event).
Strength:
1.) Every 30 seconds for 7 minutes: 1 x Power Clean
- 155: working on form.
2.) Work up to a 1RM Front Squat
- 235
This felt great and I could’ve done more if I had more time. Pretty happy with this lift.
Conditioning:
- 10…1 reps Russian KB swings [53]
- 1…10 reps pull ups
TIME: 6:10
This was a great way to start working my way back from yet another cold. Pullups were all butterfly until midway through the last round, then I did some kipping to finish it out. Felt good.
