Time: 20:00 …or something close to that.
I was struggling this morning. First morning WOD in a while and I was NOT feeling great. I started out the power cleans too heavy. Scaled down to 95 after 12 reps, but the damage was done :).
I’d like to try this again as a midday workout starting with the right weights!
