EMOM for 15 min: 1 x Squat Clean
- Minutes 1 – 5: 80% 1RM [165]
- Minutes 6-10: 85% 1RM [175]
- Minutes 11-15: 90% 1RM [185]
Felt great on these. The last two at 185 were questionable form. Back started feeling fatigued.
2. Heartbreak Kid
3 Rounds for time:
- 10 x Front squats [135]
- 20 x Pull ups
- 50 x Double unders
TIME: 12:45
The third round of this got away from me big time. This for sure killed my cardio. Lots of breaks going into the third round and after each exercise during round three.
