One of my goals for 2011 is to complete the “30 Muscle-Ups for time” workout (in under 24 hours). Of course to do that I need to be able to actually do a muscle up first! I’m happy to report after a couple months of practice I finally got my first muscle-up last week!

This is a great step for my 2011 goals!
